As Appu Ghar has been a favourite destination for children as well as adult for years now, this Children's Day on, they'll have a hot new destination i.e. Adventure Islands. It is opened to the public on November 14, 2006. The Rohini amusement is the combination of both retail and entertainment destination through its two distinct zones. The retail experience is known as Metro Mall and the amusement park is Adventure Islands. Spread over an area of 62 acres, it is Delhi's first theme park designed by Toronto based architect. This amusement parks has around 20 different rides, imported from major European manufactures, in order to get the original feeling. Some of the major rides in this park are a freefall ride, a merry-go-round, demolition derby, and other such rides. Kids of all ages, and adults will both enjoy the rides.

Adventure Island has a separate children's zone, popularly known as Planet POGO . It has a Pogo Plaza for children, and a MAD theatre, H2O zone and HQ.

Another major attraction of the park is the water park which has different rides. The whole amusement park complex is build to attract, with bright colours, clocks, bridges, towers, fountains and a wave pool.

Adventure Islands amusement park is located in Rohini which is very close to the Rithala Metro Station.
