Main Ingredient: Cauliflower

Ingredients
Cauliflower/Brocolli
Garlic
Ginger
Laddu Basin
Red Chillies
Onions
Soy Sauce
Lemon Juice
Corn Powder
Oil-Prefer Olive Oil

Directions
Cook the Cauliflower Petals in Milk until it is soft. 2 tea spoons of Corn Powder and one glass of Besan Powder,add salt,chillpowder(1/2 tea spoon) and Kned it well. Fry the Cauliflower in Oil and keep it aside. Now in the Same oil add the garlic,ginger(1 Teaspoon) Red Chillies and Onions and cook it for sometime. Now add the fried cauliflower and keep mix it well. After 5 mins add soysuace and mix well. Now add Lemon juice(as needed) and Cilantro for dressing.
